Welcome to the playroom! Play is a child’s natural language—and through it, they can express feelings and experiences that may be too overwhelming or complex to say out loud. We believe healing happens when children lead the way. In Play Therapy, we follow their stories, battles, and imagination to better understand their world. By joining them with empathy and trust, we create a space for connection, insight, and emotional healing. The playroom becomes a place where children of all ages can build confidence, resilience, and lifelong coping skills—one playful moment at a time.
We’re play therapists who specialize in helping children express themselves through play and reflecting their inner worlds with empathy and attunement. Every story, movement, and choice in the playroom holds meaning. We also work with caregivers, offering tools to strengthen connection, reduce conflict, and support a child’s emotional growth and resilience.
Play therapy isn’t just for young kids—it can help at any age. Teens, adults, and families benefit from creative approaches like sand tray, expressive arts, and EMDR to explore emotions and build insight.
