TPOW is a trauma-informed telehealth (and some in-person in PDX) group practice offering individual and group therapy to residents of Oregon! Our team can support people of all ages experiencing complex trauma, dissociative identity disorder, depression, chemical dependency/substance use, anxiety, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+ related challenges, transitions in life, anxiety, codependency, gender surgery letters, and more. Our admin team will do a benefits check and our therapists have several openings for new clients.

Monthly online support group for the plural community! You do not have to be diagnosed with DID or OSDD to join; self-diagnosis is valid. Join us every second Tuesday online to connect with other systems. Feel free to leave your camera off and use the chat to participate.
