About
The Psychology Lab is able to help individuals with anxiety, depression, couples therapy, trauma, first responder trauma, childhood struggles, people who experience chronic pain, addiction issues (all types of addiction), feel lonely, and disconnected; The Psychology Lab also helps people who are unable to pinpoint what they want to discuss but want to engage in therapy, and unsure how "it's supposed to look".
The Psychology Lab has training or experience in Gottman (couples therapy focused), brainspotting (brain based approach), cognitive behavioral therapy, polyvagal therapy techniques, and talk therapy.
The Psychology Lab creates a safe place for people to connect, heal and address any vulnerability.
