I often focus on using brain-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Dynamical Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is provided through music during the session, focusing on optimizing brain function by improving the central nervous system’s flexibility, resilience, and stability.
Other therapies-Emotionally Focused (EFT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Survivors of Suicide Support Group
There is a safe place in our community for survivors to share their loss with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.
