I believe that counseling is an opportunity to connect with people in a safe and non-judgmental space. Many people struggle with anxiety, depression, mood swings, relationship issues, grief and loss and want to improve mental health towards psych stability. It is an honor for me to be with you on this journey through life. Along that journey I am excited to teach you coping skills as I learn about the battles you face. We are in this together.
I have worked with many clients facing these challenges and more, for over 17 years, and can offer listening, giving tools to work through the issues, unconditional positive regard and acceptance, without judgement. I also have a background in couples' issues, working with Gottman's methods and working together toward problem solving and resolution.
Please allow me to help you through your journey toward improved mental health and dealing and managing stressors that often are seen as obstacles, but can be overcome. There is healing on the other side.
