Hello! I’m Bethany, and I am the Founder and Clinical Director of The Pediatric Clinic for Behavioral Health. We support children and adolescents in whatever they may be navigating, whether emotional, behavioral, or developmental, as well as parents to navigate parenting. We may be a pediatric practice, but by supporting caregivers, we help children thrive. Families who seek services with us are often looking for tailored therapeutic care that fosters emotional regulation, self-awareness, and effective coping skills. We work with individuals of all ages with various clinical needs including trauma, anxiety, aggression, and mood disorders, but also have experience with autism, ADHD, and special needs. We use a variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to DBT, CBT, and brainspotting. However, the specialty of our practice is play therapy.
My desire to finish my degree stemmed from the struggles my husband and I faced to find therapy for one of our own children at the age of three. I recognize the disparity that parents face when finding quality help. My goal is to not only help the child, but also the family dynamic.
