We use a strengths-based approach, believing that all people have inherent positive qualities and that all people are doing the best they can with the tools and understanding that they have.
We support emotionally-focused interventions that help you connect with your own emotions as well as with other people's emotions. Our methods are relational in nature, which research is showing helps support long-term recovery. We believe that hurts that happen in relationship must also be healed in relationship. There is hope and there is help.
