We aim to empower, support and remove barriers for people of all neurotypes! We offer psychotherapy, occupational therapy, diagnostic assessments (adult & child), medication management, life coaching and specialized weekly programs for children, teens, adults, families, couples, polycules, parents, students and professionals. We specialize in Autism, ADHD, Post-Concussion Syndrome & Mild TBI Rehabilitation, LGBTQIA with transition support, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and more (for anyone with or without a diagnosis). We also offer free support groups, a free social group and gender affirming & accomodations letter writing.
Our mission is to provide supportive environments, therapeutic guidance, and both research and peer-based knowledge to faclitate healing so you can realize your life’s aspirations. Come for weekly sessions or one of our programs: The Neurodivergent Intensive Program, The Neurodivergent College Success Program, and The Familes, Couples, or Parent-child IOP.

Free ADHD Support Group - Adults
To connect with others, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for ADHD in a supportive and understanding environment. Led by experienced professionals, our group offers a safe space for adults 18+ to explore their unique life experiences through sharing/ listening with others. Embrace your neurodivergence, find strength in your differences, and use your unique talents and insights to achieve your goals. Together, we're rewriting the narrative, one supportive interaction at a time. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday each month from 6 to 7:30pm. Stop on by!
