We meet people at life's biggest transitions — and wherever you are, we have someone for you. The Nest has been a mental health home in the St. Croix Valley for ten years. We specialize in perinatal mental health — pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and infertility — and women's health across the lifespan, including perimenopause and menopause. We also serve children, teens, men, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and relationship struggles. New in 2026: ongoing support groups for perinatal mental health and perimenopause. We have openings across our full team. We'd love to meet you.
Our Team
However you’re arriving — you’re welcome here. We work with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and life transitions. Some clients come in crisis; others are high-functioning but quietly overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected. Many are seeking clarity, emotional steadiness, relief from persistent stress, or support through meaningful change — without being rushed, labeled, or treated like a diagnosis. In addition, licensed providers interested in full- or part-time, in-person or remote opportunities are welcome to reach out with inquiries about joining our team.

You deserve help and care. Whether that is with me or a different provider, I hope you find the care you need. When we are in pain, it can be hard to know how to heal. It can be too easy to focus on the distance between where we are and where we want to be. This is especially true when we are navigating life transitions and there is less stability to provide an anchor. I believe that anchor can be the therapeutic relationship - a safe place to examine who you are and what you've experienced. My first priority will always be to understand and connect with you. That connection and shared understanding is what informs our plan.

Selecting a therapist can be difficult because it's not easy to know exactly what this may involve. "Will this woman really know what she's talking about?
Will she actually be able to help me?" These questions are normal for clients and uncertainty comes with the territory.
