At The Mountain Center, we get that healing isn’t always tidy. Our multigenerational team of clinicians offers both traditional and experiential approaches to support your vision for yourself. Many of us have deep roots in New Mexico and understand the mix of cultures, landscapes, and histories that shape life in our state. We provide a brave space to support your process of stabilization and recovery.
Our therapists are trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, EMDR, Experiential Therapy, Sand Tray, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy. We offer sessions in person at our offices or statewide via telehealth.
