The Miles Clinic provides easy-to-access, affordable, high-quality, trauma literate psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families by phone or video chat (in person sessions may be available) living in the NYC area and New York State. We accept most non-Medicaid / non-Medicare private insurance plans and payment by sliding scale.
We are a group of clinicians with diverse backgrounds, skill-sets and ways-of-working. What we share is a passion for integrative psychotherapy and a primary concern with treatment efficacy. We’re continually learning and applying that knowledge to our clinical practice. We listen to our patients about what works!
Dr. Susannah Mileshina (Clinic Director) has made a name for herself in CPTSD treatment and the treatment of childhood trauma. Susannah specializes in working with individuals who came from difficult families (e.g. who had an alcoholic parent or a parent with mental illness). Lana James, MFT (Intake Coordinator) works with individuals, couples and families.
