Virtual DBT Skills Groups for Adults
Participants in our virtual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups will learn valuable and essential skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. By participating in this group, you can expect to increase your ability to make effective choices, manage situations you cannot change, get your needs met more effectively, and live a balanced and meaningful life. Our virtual groups are for Florida residents ages 18+. We have two virtual groups available: Tuesdays at 12-1:30 p.m. ET and Tuesdays at 5:30-7 p.m. ET.

In-Person DBT Skills Groups for Adults
Participants in this Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group will learn valuable and essential skills in: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. By participating in this group, you can expect to increase your ability to make effective choices, manage situations you cannot change, get your needs met more effectively, and live a balanced and meaningful life. Our in-person groups meet weekly at our office in Orlando, Florida either Tuesdays at 5:30-7pm ET or Thursdays at 5:30-7pm ET. Adult skills groups are open to Florida residents ages 18+.

DBT Skills Group for Teens and Parents
This Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group is for adolescents and parents/guardians to learn and practice skills together. Participants in this group will learn valuable and essential skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. By participating in this group, you can expect to increase your ability to make effective choices, manage situations you cannot change, get your needs met more effectively, and live a balanced and meaningful life. Our group for teens (13+) and parents/guardians meets Wednesdays at 6-7:30 p.m. Participants can join either virtually or in-person at our office in Orlando, Florida.
