I am here to help you along your path by guiding and instilling hope and perseverance to help you overcome these challenges. I will help provide you with tools to help you heal, strengthen, and encourage you along your path while providing a safe environment to help you express your thoughts and feelings.
I specialize in marriage and couples therapy, trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, grief & loss, stress, adjustment to life changes and relationship issues. I utilize different approaches to the needs and unique qualities of the individual. Some approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
