Hello. My name is Christine McCullough and I am here for you. I want to help you overcome anything that is creating stress for you. I have several years of experience in mental health and have been told that I am a good listener. My experience includes trauma treatment, anxiety, depression, and concerns about the aging process. I want to use my experience to help you have the life you desire.
I take a strength-based approach and have been trained in various methods, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also been trained in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, a process that helps people recover from experienced trauma. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner, with extensive training in various forms of dementia and conditions of older persons.
