Hello and welcome to The Lighted Path LLC Counseling Services. Do you struggle with life's stressors? Our therapists can help! We use present, strength and faith based focused modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, EFT, Narrative, Play Therapy, Trauma Psycho-education, and Christian Counseling (when requested), in this practice. In your first session, we will discover what brought you to therapy, the most appropriate and helpful ways to assist you in making healthier changes, and a prolonged well-being. Our therapists are well experienced and ready to help!
We are straightforward and informal and enjoy working with those who want to improve their overall mental and physical health-to be the best version and maintain this mindset.
