Adolescent and Middle School DBT Skills Groups
We have Adolescent (8th-12th grade) DBT Skills Groups that each meet on Monday evenings and Tuesday evenings for 1 1/2 hours. We have a Middle School DBT Skills Group (5th-7th grade) that meets on Wednesday evenings for 1 hour.

We have Social Skills Groups for ages Kindergarten through High School. Social Skills Groups Meet for 1 hour weekly in 8 week cycles. The Adult Social Anxiety Group meets for one hour weekly and provides skills and processing/connection in a safe space. We are also starting an LGBTQ+ Teen Psychotherapy Group for 13-18 year olds.
