The cool thing is that it's so trendy to have a therapist; weren't you aware? That's why it's so hard to find one these days! But, it is still kind of scary to take the plunge. That's not how it's supposed to be you know; when you enter my office, my one and only goal is to help you feel accepted just how you are, no matter what you're bringing through the door. It's important to know that I have the skills to help you. I am trained, licensed, and utilized a few different "evidence based" treatment models. Blah blah blah-do you care? Maybe, maybe not. But, what you might care to know is that you will enter a safe, comfortable, judgement free zone where you can work out the "stuff" that has been bogging you down.

We are real people, who live real lives, and face real challenges and successes just like you.
