The Inner You Counseling Center was founded on the belief that everyone should have easy and timely access to mental health services because we know that asking for help is hard enough. The clinical treatment team provides excellent mental health care for patients throughout the life-span, from young children to elder care.
Our efforts are focused on helping patients set realistic goals and achieving results. We understand that appointment flexibility and accessibility is key to reaching these goals. We work to reduce barriers to mental health services by offering initial assessments in 24-48 hours with no wait list.
Our mission is to create a therapeutic environment of healing and hope for the children, families, couples, and individuals we serve by providing excellent direct care and providing continuing education and training to our clinic and fellow clinical providers in the community.

The Inner You Counselor-In-Training Program 2026
Dates: Monday, July 27th - Friday, July 31st - 9:00am-4:00pm Age range: 13-15 Tuition fee: $375.00 The program involves daily training topics for basic counselor skills, personal and team building initiatives, group and activity observations, and ending with hands-on experience rotating in an assigned group and activity.

The Inner You Summer Camp 2026
Dates: Monday, July 27th - Friday, July 31st - 9:00am-4:00pm Age range: 5-12 Tuition fee: $375.00 Nut free snacks and water will be provided. Our camp provides a unique experience for young people to develop relationships with peers and to acquire skills that will set them on a path to leading a healthy and productive life.
