What happened? Do you understand your true self? Have you discovered how to live life on life's terms in a meaningful way? These are the central focuses of my practice. While I'm a psychiatrist with extensive clinical experience, I consider myself - first and foremost - a therapist who simply has more tools at his disposal as a physician. I always seek to provide holistic care. That is, I work to see and treat the whole you, not just the constellation of symptoms you have. As such, my approach shuns the conventional practice of overemphasizing diagnostic labels and medications. Life - with you in it - is more complicated than that.
