Rooted and Rising: Teen Group Therapy

This 4-week group is designed for teens (ages 13–17) to build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and develop practical tools to navigate self-doubt, comparison, and fear of failure. Reconnect & Recharge: Somatic Group Therapy
