Mindful Mamas: A New Mom Self-Care Support Group
Join other mamas and babies in this safe, supportive space to process the transition to motherhood. This group has an emphasis on self-care and mindfulness. No prior experience necessary. This group will help you learn somatic tools for regulating your nervous system, process your birth experience, learn simple, effective self-care practices and help you experience more joy and less stress in motherhood. This is a drop-in group; we meet in-person every Wednesday at 1pm at our office in El Dorado Hills. Cost is $35 a session. Register on our website!
