We will walk side by side with you during every step of your healing journey, to help overcome whatever it is you are going through, and to support you in your return to wholeness. In the past 18 years we have had the honor of assisting individuals, couples, families and groups to heal through providing affordable holistic healthcare. We are here to help you heal from trauma, and to assist you as you develop more healthy relationships, better coping skills, effective communication skills, good boundaries, regular self care and overall well being.
In today's society, we all need a safe space to reconnect to our authentic selves. We employ effective psychosomatic therapies, tailored to your specific needs, including talk therapy, NLP and hypnosis, movement therapy, art therapy as well as diet & exercise plans to support you on your journey home to total wellness.
Together we create a custom therapy treatment plan that will work for you. Our sessions are held online via video conference or at our peaceful, private locations in Haiku, HI or Kutztown, PA. Sharing our story is healing. Through sharing our stories we are able to be seen, heard and understood by others. In this way we can learn to reflect, connect and express our true selves more deeply. In this therapeutic gathering we create a safe space to circle together to experience our collective wisdom. The space is confidential, and consciously facilitated.
