At Halliday Center for Psychotherapy & Wellness we understand that seeking support can feel vulnerable. It takes courage to ask for help—and even more to step into the work of healing. Therapy gives you space to slow down, listen inward, and begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Founded by Dr. Debra Halliday, Psy.D., The Halliday Center was created to offer something more than just clinical care. It’s a space built on mindful approaches to wellbeing, where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they move through life’s challenges.
We tailor therapy to each client’s needs, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based and mindfulness-informed modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Parenting Skills for Challenging Children
Please join Dr. Adrienne Habib, for a six-week virtual group designed for parents struggling with challenging children. This group is designed to provide the tools to help you improve your parenting skills and confidence, learn new methods for improving your child's behavior, reduce reliance on forms of discipline that cause stress, learn about the myths and parenting pitfalls that can perpetuate bad behavior, and understand reinforcement and consequences techniques.

Monday Night Connect
Monday night connect is a bi-monthly (first and third Mondays of the month) virtual telehealth group for adults (ages 30+) struggling with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD.
