Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, struggling with cumulative losses, retirement, identity changes, empty nest, health changes, or emotional overwhelm, this group offers a compassionate, therapist-led space to process your experience and feel less alone. We explore emotional waves, triggers, coping tools, secondary losses, grounding skills, meaning-making, and ways to reconnect with yourself during difficult seasons. This virtual divorce, breakup, and relationship loss support group is for adults navigating grief after the end of a romantic relationship — divorce, breakup, or separation. Relationship loss can affect identity, confidence, routines, emotions, and family or co-parenting roles. This group offers a validating, therapist-led space to process your experience and begin healing.
