Grief is complex. It is rarely just sadness.

The Grief Center is a Nashville-based group practice specializing in grief, trauma, and complicated bereavement. Our clinical team works with children ages 11 and up adults navigating:

Unlike general therapy practices, we focus specifically on grief-informed care. Our therapists are trained to differentiate grief from depressive disorders, address trauma overlap, and provide structured support.

Parent/Grandparent Loss
The loss of a parent or grandparent can leave an ache that touches every part of life. This group is designed to provide compassionate support for adults grieving the death of a mother, father, grandmother, or grandfather. Together, we will explore the many layers of grief, create space for reflection and connection, and support one another in carrying both love and loss. You are welcome here, just as you are.
