My guiding philosophy is grounded in the principles of Motivational Interviewing (MI), the Transtheoretical Model (Stages of Change), and the principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology, particularly Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR.
