Therapy needs to be a safe space when you can't find it elsewhere. Finding trustworthy, human professionals to help you with intimate issues is often embarrassing and difficult. This is my most important skill, something AI driven therapy can't replicate: unconditional positive acceptance paired with honest, non-threatening communication.
