I have worked in the field of mental health/social work for over 22+ years providing various therapeutic interventions. I believe that finding balance in life is important for overall health: mind, body & spirit. I practice mindfulness daily within my own life from a faith-based approach. Life is a journey that we experience moment to moment. My role as a faith-based therapist is to help guide my clients to learn to be present in the moment, to work towards closing the chapter/s on past moments which cause imbalances and to learn to find connection to their faith values to live out their life purpose.
I currently primarily provide Christian faith-based Life Coaching and also provide clinical services to other faiths.
