Our goal is to help clients understand their emotions and to identify patterns of communication that can lead to core issues or problems within their relationships. We assist each client and/or family in developing new strategies to achieve clarification and honesty within themselves.
For couples sessions, we follow the empirically based Gottman Method which encompasses 40 years of research on couples and marriage as well as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Our services include therapy for couples, individuals, children, and family and divorce mediation.
Our therapists understand the challenges you face in marriage, parenting and other familial relationships. We want to help you strengthen your life and your relationships. Our clinical experience includes working with adults, couples, children, adolescents, elders, and families. We offer In-office sessions, divorce mediation, and online video sessions.
