We are accepting new clients in person in our Baldwinsville office. We work with children, adults, couples, and families. We are a group of 8 therapists who we specialize in relationship/marital issues, chronic disability and illness, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, infidelity, trauma, ADHD, and Autism/PDA. Our therapists have advanced training in IFS (internal family systems/somatic therapy) and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) and hypnotherapy,

We'll help you identify your goals in the first session & work toward them in therapy. Therapy is not just about talking and hoping things will get better. In therapy you need to feel safe & comfortable & be able to work on things that are tough & painful with a skilled therapist.
The Family Center offers unique therapies such as Play therapy, Internal Family Systems approach (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy. The Family Center attempts to help you resolve your presenting problem with out the use of medications, using natural healing options, such as Yoga for Kids, sensory integration, meditation, and play therapy.
