My goals are to assist individuals in repairing and strengthening their relationships, gaining better control of their behaviors and their lives, and to help couples and family's sustain fulfilling life long relationships. I use a systemic approach and teach techniques that encourage loving relationships between couples and family members.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children. My specialty is working with couples in addressing marital issues, such as trust, communication and respect. I also treat mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. I offer traditional therapy sessions in my office.
