I provide two services: 1) affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse adults, including gender-affirming letters of support. 2) I help clients manage anxiety, chronic health conditions, and lifestyle changes like sleep, smoking, and stress, using a collaborative, practical approach.
