We specialize in DBT, CBT, Trauma focused CBT, mindfulness, mind-body medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique, meditation, art therapy, energy work, spiritual counseling and inner child trauma work. With this expansive arrray of tools we are sure we will help you heal and wake up to your true potential.
Along with our eclectic clinical services, we also have a wellness department that offers classes and groups providing complimentary alterntive therapies. We provide massage therapy and nutrional consultations by licensed practitioners. To assist with stress management we provide Qi-Gong, Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, vibrational healing, energy medicine, Reiki, arothmatherapy, guided imagery, and EFT-tapping
