Parents Empowered
Parents of adolescents ages 10 to 25 learn tools to increase positive communication, enhance boundary setting skills for behavior management, and explore tools to help teens manage stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. Parents will also learn about mental health diagnoses and explore tools to help teens and young adults reach and maintain positive functioning.
