Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I work with adult clients who appreciate an easy-going, conversational approach to therapy. I've created a space that feels genuine and supportive — a place where you can show up as yourself, talk things through freely, and share plenty of laughs (and tears) along the way. I believe that a strong, healthy therapeutic relationship is the most important foundation for growth and change, and I work hard to build that connection. I also don't shy away from challenging my clients when they need it - honesty is at the forefront. My office is cozy and comfortable - a supportive space for exploration and growth.

I’m really glad that you are ready to seek support. You can feel better. Many people come to therapy when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or at a breaking point after major life changes. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and work stress. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. You are the expert on your life; I’m here to listen without judgment and help you move toward.

I began my career working with substance use disorders and mental health disorders in
2006. The first 13 years of my career were centered on helping individuals and families
recover from substance use disorders which often included co-morbid mental health
disorders. The latter part of my career has been primarily focused on women’s health. I
have specialized in helping to support women who are facing infertility, loss or
miscarriage, perinatal and postpartum mood shifts. I truly enjoy supporting women
while they navigate motherhood and all that this brings. I work with women age 18 and
up.
