Negative self thoughts, trauma, and the fear of stigma can often lead to hiding parts of ourselves. When there is an imbalance between our inner selves and what we present to the world around us, it can cause us to experience feelings of anxiety, depression, guilt, and shame. It can feel impossible to imagine a life that isn't overshadowed by these feelings. My goal is to assist you in becoming self empowered to address the barriers that have held you back for so long from living as your authentic self.
I offer a genuine, open and supportive environment. I specialize in LGBTQIA issues but treat most mental health conditions. I am comfortable addressing spiritual trauma as it often co-occurs with difficulties in authentic living. Therapy isn't one size fits all. I utilize evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your needs.
