Come to our center to get help with your mental health as our therapy style is warm, friendly, and interactive. We believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Our approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, play therapy, rational-emotive therapy and EMDR, eye movement desensitation and reprocessing. EMDR can relieve these depressive symptoms and help reframe negative beliefs, resolve unprocessed trauma and adverse experiences, improve energy and mood, and create a more positive understanding of the self and others.
Our licensed professional counselors are licensed in South Carolina and Virginia with 5 years of experience working as an individual, couples, and family counselor. We have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD.
