We are trained in evidenced-based approaches for trauma, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Child-Centered Play Therapy and many more.
Our therapists believe the therapy experience is unique to each person and provide an eclectic approach to treatment. We want clients to connect with their therapist and to be able to open-up, process, and work in a non-judgmental, safe, and comfortable environment- no matter age, beliefs, sexual orientation, or lifestyle.
