Whether you are seeking therapy for recovery from a traumatic event, or are just hoping to get to know yourself better, I provide effective approaches for therapy. I believe that all people can find answers, solutions, healing, recovery, and change.
My orientation is integrative, holistic, and individualized. I combine talk-therapy with creative and body-centered methods if it is the right for you. You decide what we work on, how we work, and the pace of therapy. My goal is to help you reach your goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I am trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting; and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), a SoulCollage Facilitator and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
