I was directly affiliated with the military for over 20 years and am familiar with the military lifestyle, couple/marital relationship issues, lifecycle, and the effects on military families. I have worked with Service Members, Military Families, and First Responders since. I am grateful and honored for the opportunity and look forward to serving everyone!
My team and I are passionate about combining traditional therapy theories/techniques with experiential and holistic methods such as meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body awareness.
