Hi, I'm Kelli Smith, LPC-S. The Conscious Mind, LLC is a counseling and consultation firm that seeks to empower and motivate individuals and families. I utilize integrated theoretical approaches and techniques to help clients develop self-awareness, leading to enhanced daily functioning, maximized potential, and resolution of inner conflicts. My goal is to provide support & motivation as you are guided through the counseling process, setting & achieving goals, and enhancing personal and professional relationships. I provide brief & solution-focused sessions or long-term care.
I have over 13 years of professional experience working with children and adults, specializing in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have a high success rate in assisting clients with decreasing anxiety & depression, improving focus and self-esteem, and maintaining healthy relationships. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy.
