Maybe betrayal has shaken your foundation. Or maybe you're wondering if it's too late to repair the connection you once had.
I specialize in helping couples recover after infidelity, reduce high-conflict patterns, and restore emotional safety using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard in modern couples therapy. My approach is structured, warm, and focused on helping you both feel seen, understood, and secure again.
Many of the couples I work with are high-functioning in other areas of life — careers, parenting, friendships — yet find themselves lost when it comes to communicating or reconnecting with each other. In our work together, I’ll help you identify the underlying emotional cycle keeping you stuck, rebuild trust, and create a more resilient foundation.
I offer 75-minute intake sessions and 60-minute follow-ups sessions. My practice is based in Windsor, CT, and I serve couples from West Hartford, Glastonbury, Avon, Simsbury, and across Greater Hartford. Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally focused, and grounded in compassion.Let’s explore whether this is the right fit for your next chapter together
