I specialize in making the unconscious - conscious. I use Energy Psychology & bring a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety. I’m skilled at creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters most. My approach is compassionate, warm and an open mind. Working Fathers Processing Group
Balancing career, marriage, and fatherhood can feel isolating. I provide a confidential space for working fathers to connect, learn, and navigate the stress of balancing it all together. To ensure the right fit and dynamic, groups are carefully curated. Prior to joining, members complete two 1:1 individual coaching sessions with me to set goals and build rapport.
