Being seen and heard are gifts that a lot of us have not consistently received throughout our lives. Our humanity requires these gifts to experience fullness, wholeness, and a steady sense of self. Ruptures and traumas with society, with others, and with ourselves can be experienced as a result of not being experienced as our full selves or when we are reduced to attributes, parts, or fragments rather than as fully human. At times, we can even begin to believe that this is all we are worth or engage in scrambling to live a life of scarcity not believing we deserve a life of abundance. Our life force, though, knows that we need more.
We are a practice of clinicians who believe that fully seeing and hearing the humans in front of us is crucial to facilitating healing, growth, and change. Utilizing multiple modalities for treatment that each clinician has cultivated through years of investment in both the science and art of therapy, we support our clients and their transformation process.
