About

What are you unclear about in your life, that if you figured it out, would make the biggest difference? There are many stages throughout our lives where we come to a crossroads or decide the path that we are on is not the best path for us. Oftentimes feelings of uncertainty, fear, confusion, insecurity, disillusion, or resentment are holding us back from forging the path we truly desire. Other times, it may be symptoms related to our physical or mental health that are delaying our progress such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-image, or unhealed wounds from past relationships.
Therapy is often pursued when answers to these questions are ambiguous and obscure, or perhaps even when things just don't feel right. Moving what is blocking you from where you are to where you want to be is the key to the other side. I invite you to begin that journey with us, here at The Collective Conscience.
Our team consists of Jacqueline Hanks, Ed.S, MFT & Charlie Ebert, a Certified Master Professional Coach who can help you heal from the past, ground yourself in the present and look to the future with purpose and a plan. Please see our website for more detailed information about us and the services we offer. We look forward to witnessing your transformation.

The Collective Conscience LLC's Groups

Divorce & Beyond

"Divorce is one of the most painful & emotionally draining experiences that a human can have. The vestiges of a former way of life remain to remind & overshadow a present existence. It is a hurt that goes deep and is accompanied by the doubt that it will ever heal." -Jim Smoke. Divorce can often shatter our dreams and tear apart our families, but it doesn't have to. Come join us as we find hope in healing, strength in numbers, and the resilience that we lost sight of in the whirlwind of emotions that come with the ending of a relationship. SEPTEMBER 6 TO OCTOBER 18.

Managing Your Mood Disorder

Using concepts from CBT, ACT, and Exposure Therapy, we will practice understanding the feelings, thoughts, and situations that stir your emotions and influence the decisions you make, while assisting you with learning how to align your values, goals, hopes and dreams with the solutions you prefer. This may be one of the toughest journeys you will take, but it can also be one of the most rewarding and empowering. GROUP BEGINS JANUARY 10 - FEBRUARY 21, 2023

Moving Beyond Trauma

Using concepts from "The Body Keeps The Score", by Bessel van der Kolk, you will explore how traumatic stress affects the body, heart, and mind. You will also learn that your trauma does not need to define who you are, where you came from, or who you will become. Rather, you can learn from it, reclaim your body, heart, and mind, while sharing your stories of challenge and resilience that have been a part of the narrative that has contributed to where you are today. Join us as we learn to overcome shame and reconstruct the authentic self. MAY 2 - JUNE 13, 2023
