I have been trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and have seen great results with my clients. PRT has been supported by research in large studies to reduce pain levels, increase activity levels, and maintained their gains when they did their 1 year follow up. I also have other tools in addition to PRT to help you get back on track with life again.
I have personally dealt with my own chronic pain (fibromyalgia) since 2017 and I can understand the struggles that comes with it but each person's pain is different.
