Hello and welcome to The Center for Secure Attachment. Navigating through different seasons can be difficult and present unique challenges that, at times, might require additional guidance and support. Our clinicians work with a focus on the following issues: trauma and abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, attachment issues, anger management, stress management and coping techniques, social issues/peer pressure, adjustment and transition issues, body image and self-esteem issues.

We strive to help clients feel safe by developing genuine relationships, and journeying with them through the therapeutic process. The first step in the process of healing and growth is to call for an appointment. We offer free initial phone consultations.
