Have you thought of trying therapy but couldn't get yourself to go? Or, have you gone to a million therapists in the past and it "didn't help?" Well, The Center for Mental Wellness is not your average therapy. It is our job to first and foremost create a beneficial therapeutic relationship with each and every client. Without that relationship based on trust and honesty it is difficult to see progress.
Our experienced, authentic counselors enable us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, therapeutic care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples
We take a wholistic approach to treatment. We recognize that each client is an individual or group of them and should be treated as such. Our facility and practitioners offer a variety of treatment options tailored to each client. In addition to individual, couples, family and group therapies we also offer ADHD and ESA assessments and gender affirming care.
Our focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. With us, you will get a real human. We make mistakes. We sit on the chair with our legs up and fidget. We will match your energy needs. We are honest and real.
