About
***We provide both in-person and HIPAA-compliant secure video sessions*** We are an outpatient group practice with skilled therapists who provide structured, scientifically-supported psychological support designed to give our clients the tools they need to better manage their issues and to thrive long-term. We specialize in working with men who present with a variety of common issues including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sleep troubles, a history of trauma, substance use/addiction, fatherhood, life transitions, medical conditions, and sexual difficulties.
We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Exposure for anxiety, and mindfulness-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to empower our clients with the techniques, insights, and resources that will benefit their specific presenting issues. Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan.
Men often find it difficult to take the first step in getting the focused guidance they need. Our focus is on meeting our clients where they are and learning how to apply psychological science to get the results they deserve. If you or a man you know is struggling, call us for a free phone consultation to get more information and see about next steps.

The Center for Men's Excellence's Groups
Men's Process Group
Members of this group are generally high-functioning men who have difficulty developing, sustaining, or deepening relationships with others - especially friendships. Participants often have some level of anxiety, depression, and/or relationship concerns which result in them feeling isolated. The group serves as a kind of "social laboratory" in which the members give and get direct feedback/input and learn to try out new behaviors intended to help them better connect with others in their own lives outside of group.
