Are you seeking relief for loss of a loved one? Do you feel deep in grief? Are you a stressed out caregiver? Coping with chronic illness? Processing feelings in a safe environment can improve your improve your sleep and help you find a feeling of security. I have an advanced certification in grief counseling and am a fellow in Thanatology, the study of death, dying and bereavement. Thanatology encompasses grief models and theories.
We specialize in grief counseling. I work from a strengths-based perspective and partner with my clients so together we work towards developing coping mechanisms for anxiety and depression. Personal growth and a more positive reframe, is a key element to the work I do. Additionally, a Jungian approach and dreamwork is another technique I utilize.
Our philosophy is function meets intuition. Science meets art. We utilize clinical tools and attune with our clients as humans.
